Protein-Packed Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
1 acai packet (about 100 calories)
1/2 banana, sliced (reserve some for topping)
3-4 strawberries, sliced (reserve some for topping)
1 scoop of Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1/2 serving of Ratio Keto Granola (approx. 1/4 cup)
Instructions:
Prepare the Acai Base:
Run the acai packet under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw it.
In a blender, add the acai packet, half the sliced banana, half the sliced strawberries, and the scoop of Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder.
Add 1/4 cup of almond milk to help with blending.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
Assemble the Bowl:
Pour the blended acai mixture into a bowl.
Top the Acai Bowl:
Arrange the remaining sliced banana and strawberries on top of the acai mixture.
Sprinkle the 1/2 serving of Ratio Keto Granola over the top.
Serve Immediately:
