Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced or chopped
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place the chopped lettuce in a line down the center of the tortilla.
Add Chicken: Distribute the chicken evenly over the lettuce.
Add Dressing: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and lettuce.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
Serve: Cut in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap in foil to take on the go.
