Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla

  • 3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced or chopped

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing

  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Prepare Ingredients: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place the chopped lettuce in a line down the center of the tortilla.

  • Add Chicken: Distribute the chicken evenly over the lettuce.

  • Add Dressing: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and lettuce.

  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.

  • Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.

  • Serve: Cut in half if desired and serve immediately, or wrap in foil to take on the go.
