Turkey Avocado Roll Ups
Ingredients:
2 whole wheat tortillas
4 oz sliced turkey breast
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon mustard or hummus (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on your work surface.
Spread Mustard/Hummus: If using, spread a thin layer of mustard or hummus on each tortilla.
Layer Ingredients: Arrange a layer of spinach leaves over the tortillas. Top with turkey slices and then avocado slices.
Roll Them Up: Carefully roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the fillings.
