Turkey Avocado Roll Up

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas

  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon mustard or hummus (optional)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on your work surface.

  • Spread Mustard/Hummus: If using, spread a thin layer of mustard or hummus on each tortilla.

  • Layer Ingredients: Arrange a layer of spinach leaves over the tortillas. Top with turkey slices and then avocado slices.

  • Roll Them Up: Carefully roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the fillings.

  • Serve: Slice into rounds or halves and serve.
