Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Barilla Protein+ Spaghetti

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and cleaned

  • Salt, to taste

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 lemon, juice and zest

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the Barilla Protein+ Spaghetti according to package instructions until tender. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
