Veggies and French Onion Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. baby carrots

  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips

  • 3 oz. sliced cucumber

  • 16 oz. Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat recommended for a healthier option)

  • 1 packet of French Onion Soup mix

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Dip:

    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the 16 oz. of Greek yogurt with the entire packet of French Onion Soup mix. Stir thoroughly until the soup mix is completely incorporated into the yogurt, creating a smooth and creamy dip.

  • Divide the Dip:

    • Evenly distribute the French onion dip into four small containers or serving bowls. This portioning helps control serving size and makes it easy for individual servings.

  • Prepare the Veggies:

    • Wash the baby carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper. Dry them thoroughly.

    • Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and cut the bell pepper into strips or pieces that are easy to dip.

  • Serve:

    • Arrange the freshly cut vegetables around the individual containers of French onion dip. This setup encourages dipping and makes for a visually appealing snack.
